Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the NymixBot platform operated by NymixBot, Inc. These Terms govern your access to and use of our AI-powered social media automation services. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using NymixBot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
  • If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.
  • These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
  • We reserve the right to disable accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for extended periods.

Payment & Billing

  • Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan.
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service.

Acceptable Use

  • You agree not to use NymixBot for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • You may not use the service to send spam, harassment, or content that violates any third-party terms of service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your AI-generated responses comply with applicable laws and platform guidelines.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited activities.

Termination

  • We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
  • All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
  • You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings.

Limitation of Liability

  • NymixBot is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • In no event shall NymixBot be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
